Shipping policy
Ordering processing times are separate from shipping times. Please refer to the banner at the top of our website for updated processing times. If the banner says "Current Processing Time: 2-3 business days", that means your order will ship in 2-3 business days excluding weekends and holidays.
After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please double check your address before submitting your order. The shipping address input by the customer at the time of checkout automatically prints on the label; therefore, we are not responsible if the shipping address is incorrect.
Shipping to the United Stated
We offer FREE shipping across the U.S. on all orders over $45!
International Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping and are working hard to get international shipping rates down to a reasonable rate.
Shipping charges for your order will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Small Business Sply Co is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Once the package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the courier (USPS, UPS, etc.). Please file a claim with the courier if your package is lost.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@smallbusinesssplyco.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@smallbusinesssplyco.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
